Filcavost listavcev (Septobasidium marianii Bres.): spregledana bolezen sadnega drevja v Sloveniji

Povzetek


V prispevku poročamo o najdbi bolezni hrušk (Pyrus communis ‘Konferans’, ‘Abate Fetel’) in našija (Pyrus pyrifolia ‘Hosui’) v dolini reke Soče, na skrajnem zahodnem delu Slovenije (E:13.58844°, N: 46.04117°). Na zdravih in odmirajočih vejah gostiteljskih dreves smo z molekularnimi in morfološkimi metodami identificirali glivo Septobasidium marianii Bres. ter ugotovili, da trosnjaki glive vsebujejo kolonije rdečega hruševega kaparja (Epidiaspis leperii (Signoret 1869)). Opisane so značilnosti mutualistične simbioze, ki jo oblikujeta gliva in kaparji ter značilnosti bolezni filcavost listavcev, ki prizadene gostiteljske rastline. Navedeni so ukrepi za kontrolo bolezni, ki jih priporočajo v literaturnih virih. Prispevek predstavlja prvo poročilo o pojavu bolezni filcavosti listavcev v Sloveniji.
