Vpliv trajanja skladiščenja in mase valilnih jajc na valilnost piščancev prelux-G

Povzetek


Osnovni namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kako različno dolgo trajanje skladiščenja različno težkih valilnih jajc vpliva na valilnost piščancev slovenske provenience kokoši prelux-G. V talni reji uhlevljene živali so bile na začetku poskusa stare 31 tednov, na koncu pa 35 tednov. Valilna jajca smo zbirali dnevno in jih do vlaganja v valilnike hranili v prostoru na farmi pri temperaturi 15 °C. V valilnike smo jih vlagali dvakrat, ločeno po starostih (0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 in 14 dni) in težnostnih razredih (XL-zelo velika, L-velika, M-srednja in S-drobna). Najboljša valilnost (88,97 %) je bila dosežna pri vlaganju šest dni starih jajc. V primerjavi z valilnostjo piščancev iz šest dni skladiščenih jajc je bila ugotovljena značilno slabša (p < 0,01) valilnost svežih jajc (74,63 %) ter valilnosti 12 dni (74,99 %) in 14 dni (62,87 %) starih jajc. V primerjavi z valilnostjo jajc težnostnega razreda M (82,44 %) so se piščanci iz jajc težnostnega razreda S (78,97 %) valili neznačilno (p > 0,05), iz jajc težnostnega razreda L (76,72 %) pa značilno (p < 0,01) slabše. Največji odstotek zamrtih zarodkov je bil ugotovljen pri vlaganju 14 dni starih jajc (26,90 %) in jajc težnostnega razreda L (19,72 %). S starostjo kokoši se je značilno (p < 0,001) povečala masa izvaljenih piščancev.
